Our client requires a QA Analyst for complex healthcare technology initiatives, with a focus on test planning, test case development, test execution, and validation of clinical and integrated information systems. The QA Analyst will work within acute care environments to test healthcare applications, alarm integration platforms, communication systems, and HL7-based interfaces while ensuring workflows, configurations, and system functionality meet business and operational requirements. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare QA, defect tracking, and validation of integrated clinical solutions.
Services will be performed remotely within Canada.

Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification (Proof of certificate to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification (Proof of certificate to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
- Valid Lean Six Sigma certification (Proof of certificate to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
Requirements Include:
- 15 years’ experience as a quality assurance analyst in a healthcare environment including executing testing and the creation of test cases and test objectives.
- 2 years’ experience with alarm integration systems (example Rauland, Phillips) in an acute healthcare setting.
- 3 years’ experience testing Vocera systems solutions in an acute healthcare setting.
- 5 years’ experience testing the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in a healthcare environment. Testing activities should include execution of test scripts and scenarios to validate configuration of the application and workflow.
- 5 years’ experience testing integration between healthcare information systems using the HL7 (Health level 7) integration standard with information systems to be implemented in a clinical environment.
- 5 years’ experience using software testing tools to track defects (example JIRA).
