Workday Technical Analyst

Our client requires a technical analyst with strong Workday background to manage incidents or requests that arises, perform Workday configuration, report / dashboard creation, and supporting third-party applications 

 

Work is hybrid, 2-3 days onsite at any of the client’s many locations across Canada. 

Mandatory Requirements
  • Understanding of Workday and the ability to support the integrations we have currently developed. 
  • Ability to manage incidents that come in through email and Service Now.  
  • Build out reporting requests as well as dashboards within Workday 
  • Supporting any 3rd Party applications within the HR Enablement product 
  • Understanding of Active Directory provisioning  
  • Working in an Agile environment 
  • Experience with Workday 
  • Experience with Service Now 
  • Experience with Active Directory
