Our client requires a Business Analyst, preferably with SAP implementation experience, and with demonstrated experience in Procurement, Supply Chain and Enterprise Asset Management. This resource will supplement the ERP Business Analyst Team, performing standard BA duties including requirements gathering/analyzing/validation, make recommendations to achieve the desired future state with the new ERP workflow and solution, and participate in testing.

Resource will work remotely, may be asked to attend meetings on-site, if local and available.

Our client requires a Business Analyst with expertise in cybersecurity to provide end-to-end business analysis services. This includes defining and documenting business problems, opportunities, and risks, as well as leading discussions to gather and analyze requirements. Responsible for collaborating with business units, vendors, and suppliers to document detailed business requirements and system designs and performing fit-gap analysis.

This position is designated as a ‘hybrid position’ which requires the resources to work at the office (with occasional work taking place at other Client facilities) at least 20% of the week. An expectation to work at the New Westminster location and travel to other client locations in the Greater Vancouver Area as requested at consultant’s expense. Resource shall be available during the Clients standard business office hours between 7:30AM–5PM Pacific Standard Time.

Our client requires a Project Manager who is experienced with large-scale application development and implementation projects to supplement the client’s ERP team for successful delivery. This PM will support the technology functional area by coordinating within test and data management services to achieve business objectives and data integrity.

Work is hybrid. Resource will need to onsite at the client office for 2 days per month, every month. Client would prefer local resources. Resource is responsible to pay for travel to on-site.

Resource will provide future state data vision, principles, strategy, data governance and structure. The ideal candidate will provide innovative solutions to complex challenges and will be responsible for providing leadership and portfolio management support for all five Alberta registries including Motor Vehicles, Land Titles, Vital Statistics, Personal Property and Corporate Registry. Duties will include supporting the development and implementation of a project management office for the Registries Modernization project; and coordinating with program managers, Product Directors, and teams to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

This role involves complex work related to the design, implementation, and management of Windows enterprise desktop environments. This role is responsible for creating standardized desktop images; developing and implementing patch management and application deployment strategies; and ensuring that desktop environments are stable, secure, and up to date. The role is also responsible for Active Directory Group Policy design, and network and security configuration for the desktop environment.

Work is 100% onsite in Regina, SK.

Our client requires a system analyst to support public fire safety initiatives. Work will include installation, configuration, development, testing and deployment; scripting; go-live preparation and go-live dry run of these applications in various environments (i.e. Development, Test, QA, Production etc.). This role requires documenting, consolidating, and reviewing needs and documenting current architecture environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are critical, since the resource must lead meetings and regularly communicate with project and business stakeholders.
