Our client requires a Solution Architect adept and experienced with Hyland software to utilize their superior group facilitation and business analysis skills in combination with their extensive knowledge and experience with OnBase and all Hyland software that interoperate with OnBase EP5 delivered via Hyland’s Global Cloud Services (GCS) to assist the client with improving and maturing its OnBase GCS deployment.

The client’s current OnBase configuration supports the import, storage, and retrieval of a subset of its assigned major project documents for a single assigned major project. Upcoming phases of the project expand this configuration to include new content (document) types, file types, and automated workflows for multiple assigned major projects as well as the client’s centralized assigned major project services and corporate functions.

Assignments will include conducting a gap analysis of current OnBase configuration, facilitating discovery workshops and executing analysis of current business processes related to document management, and documenting proposals for future state automation of these processes using the OnBase platform and other Hyland software that interoperate with it. Examples include, but are not limited to, Integrated Office Viewer, Workflow, WorkView, ShareBase, OnBase Video, and Hyland Intelligent Document Processing.
