Our client requires a systems analyst to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex healthcare information system integrations, with a strong focus on clinical systems, data migration, and enterprise identity solutions. Resource will support large-scale and provincial-level initiatives involving HL7 standards, patient demographic and visit data consolidation, and interoperable system interfaces. Responsibilities include data modeling, integration specifications, and secure handling of confidential health information within regulated healthcare environments.
Onsite services will be required for meetings and other project work at client location in Winnipeg, MB. Some services will be performed via remote access. Services shall not be performed remotely from outside of Canada.

Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification (Proof of certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
- Post-Secondary degree majoring in computer science, software development, business computing, or management information systems (Proof of degree to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
Requirements Include:
- Valid Health Level 7 International certification (Proof of certification to be provided)
- 10 years’ experience as a system or integration analyst in a project environment including integration specifications, data modeling, and data migration experience.
- 10 years’ experience with the implementation of clinical information systems in a healthcare environment in an analyst role.
- 7 years’ experience with merging patient demographic and visit data in an Altera Sunrise care environment.
- 7 years’ experience designing interfaces, data conversions and reports in a healthcare setting.
- 5 years’ experience in data modeling techniques involving confidential client or demographic information.
- 3 years’ experience with designing enterprise level ID solutions in a healthcare setting including the consolidation of regional identifiers.
