Our client requires a Business Analyst (BA) that ideally has experience with contact centre technology projects involving cloud and SaaS solutions; or knowledge of systems like telephony, IVR, workforce management or CRM integration. This Business Analyst will be bridging the gap between IT and the business stakeholders to implement a cloud SaaS solution for a contact centre.
Work is onsite in Regina but may be eligible for hybrid work once onboarding is completed.

Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA or IIBA AAC certification
- Significant IT project experience as a business analyst
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Strong communication and customer service skills
General Requirements Include:
- Working knowledge of PM best practices
- Ability to understand complex processes and complex business rules.
- Ability to translate technical processes into business language.
- Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database, and system design.
- Proven testing skills and techniques
- Proven documentation skills
- Proven communication and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SDLC best practices.
- Able to function within a high level of activity (working with deadlines on several concurrent initiatives).
- Experience writing and maintaining test strategies and test plans.
- Experience creating and prioritizing test scenarios to ensure proper test coverage.
- Experience creating/identifying/reviewing and executing manual test scripts.
- Experience logging defects and enhancements.
- Procurement Document Experience
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with contact centre technology projects
- Knowledge of systems like telephony, IVR, workforce management or CRM integrations
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with cloud and SaaS solutions
