Our client requires a ServiceNow SPM developer to join a Portfolio Governance & Analytics team to develop and implement ServiceNow SPM management solutions that streamline project governance processes, enhance compliance, improve centralized data quality and workflow through out End-to-End Strategic Initiative & project lifecycle.

Work is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Mandatory Requirements
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or related field
  • Preferred optional Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.
  • 5+ years experience with ServiceNow SPM management.
  • Skilled in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms of varying complexity to support project management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications for automation and integration.
  • Ability to manage certificate inventory, and related ServiceNow flows
  • Strong understanding of Project Management lifecycle and integration with SPM modules.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Glide Record, and Script Includes.
  • Proficient in creating dashboards, reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Adherence to ServiceNow development best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions. Strong in ServiceNow workflows, reporting, dashboards, analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Public Sector experience is preferred
