Healthcare Project Manager

Our client requires a Healthcare Project Manager with experience in successfully implementing M365 and Exchange online.

Services will be performed remotely within Canada.

Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote within Canada)

Mandatory Requirements Include:

Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Proof of certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification (Proof of certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)

Requirements Include:

Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification (Proof of certification to be provided)
10 years’ experience managing information technology projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include reporting progress to the project steering committee and ensuring the safe implementation of software solutions in a clinical environment.
7 years’ experience coordinating internal delivery staff, vendor partners and customer stakeholders to successfully deliver project outcomes that support digital business transformation projects in a healthcare environment.
5 years’ experience implementing or migrating an organization to M365 and Exchange Online in a large acute care or public sector environment. Experience should include coordinating implementation with clinical and business resources and management and ensuring that all staff are adequately prepared for the new solution.
5 years’ experience directly testing or coordinating the testing of M365 products and services including Microsoft exchange online transition from on-premise mail services.
5 years’ experience utilizing a structured methodology such as Prosci to deliver organizational change management strategies and plans.
