Our client requires to be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting, dashboard, and analytics solutions that support business decision-making across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources, the Report Writer gathers reporting requirements, develops SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) stories and dashboards, creates and consumes SAP S/4HANA analytical queries and CDS views, and ensures the delivery of accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting solutions. The role supports enterprise-wide reporting initiatives by translating complex business needs into intuitive visualizations, KPI dashboards, management reports, and operational analytics. The successful candidate will perform report testing and validation, troubleshoot reporting issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of analytics capabilities within the SAP S/4HANA environment. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem- solving skills, along with experience working in large-scale ERP transformation programs and multidisciplinary project teams.
Ability to pass criminal record check is required. Enhanced background check may be required for certain projects.
Work is onsite or remote (preference for resources available to be onsite).

Mandatory Requirements
- A post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- 7 or more years of experience designing, developing, and supporting business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and dashboard solutions.
- 5 or more years of experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including stories, dashboards, visualizations, and KPI reporting.
- 5 or more years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA reporting, analytics, and embedded analytics solutions.
- 5 or more years of experience developing and consuming SAP CDS Views, analytical queries, and reporting data models.
- 5 or more years of experience gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements.
- Experience creating complex financial, procurement, supply chain, asset management, human resources, or operational reports using SAP data sources.
- Experience with SAP ECC and SAP reporting environments.
- Experience with data analysis, data validation, reconciliation, and report testing activities.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, management reports, scorecards, and performance KPI reporting.
- Experience working in large ERP modernization or digital transformation programs.
- Experience working in the Public Sector.
- Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and report demonstrations.
- Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders and build positive working relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- 5 or more years of experience developing and supporting SAP Fiori analytical applications, KPI dashboards, analytical reports, and embedded analytics solutions.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, operational reports, and KPI reporting solutions within large public sector or enterprise organizations.
- Experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and analytics solutions using SAP and non-SAP data sources.
- 5 or more years of experience performing data validation, reconciliation, testing, and quality assurance activities for analytics, reporting, and dashboard solutions.
- 5 or more years of experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources using APIs, OData services, SAP Integration Suite, and other enterprise data integration technologies.
- 5 or more years of experience optimizing the performance of SAP reporting and analytics solutions, including SAC, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, Datasphere, and Fiori applications.
- 5 or more years of experience implementing and supporting reporting security, including SAP authorizations, CDS access controls, analytic privileges, and role-based access models.
- 5 or more years of experience designing enterprise reporting data models, KPI frameworks, metrics, dimensions, hierarchies, and analytical solutions.
- 5 or more years of experience working with SAP BW, BW/4HANA, or equivalent SAP data warehousing and reporting environments.
- 5 or more years of experience working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including analytics, reporting, integration, and extension services supporting SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- 5 or more years of experience developing SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics solutions using CDS Views, analytical queries, virtual data models, and Fiori-based reporting
- 5 or more years of experience working with SAP Datasphere, including data modeling, data integration, semantic layers, and enterprise reporting solutions.
