Our client requires a Project Manager with expertise managing healthcare IT projects, Prince2 and Prosci certified, to join projects meant to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Services will be performed remotely within Canada.
Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote within Canada)
Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner or PMP certification (Proof of certification to be provided (Pass/Fail)
- Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification (Proof of certification to be provided (Pass/Fail)
Skills and Experience Include:
- 10 years’ experience as a project manager implementing information technology projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include reporting progress to senior clinical management and ensuring the safe implementation of software solutions in a clinical environment.
- 5 years’ experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of products in an acute care environment. Experience should include coordinating implementation with clinical resources and management and ensuring that all staff are adequately prepared for the new system.
- 5 years’ experience directly testing or coordinating the testing of the integration of healthcare information systems using the Health Level 7 (HL7) standard.
- 5 years’ experience leading the implementation of a healthcare information system to be deployed on a provincial or state-wide level. Experience should include developing operational and clinical requirements for the standardization of clinical services.
- 5 years’ experience implementing large healthcare solutions in a clinical setting. Experience should include managing high level clinical stakeholders and managing large multi-stream project teams.
