Our client requires a Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP Finance modules (FI, CO), including experience in system implementation, SAP integration, and end-user support. This resource will work under the project’s Senior Business Analyst primarily on the defect resolution process, identifying mitigation strategies etc. This BA will also support work on the items that were deferred from the initial go-live, this will include prioritization, development, design, configuration, and testing of deferred items.
Work is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Mandatory Requirements
- Public Sector experience is a must have
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP Finance or related roles, including experience in system implementation and end-user support.

- Extensive SAP business analyst project related experience
- Proficiency in SAP Financial Modules (FI, CO) and an understanding of SAP integration with other systems.
Desirable Requirements
- Completion of a professional accounting designation or a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in accounting or financial management.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP Finance or related roles, including experience in system implementation and end-user support.
- Extensive experience in municipal accounting or relevant private sector experience in financial accounting and reporting.
- Extensive SAP business analyst project related experience
- Strong understanding of financial principles and business processes.
- Proficiency in SAP Financial Modules (FI, CO), Materials Management and an understanding of SAP integration with other systems.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly required.
- Experience with reporting tools such as SAP Fiori.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proven skills in team collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Experience preparing and maintaining associated project documentation as necessary
- Experience participating in the deployment of the new business processes including end‐user training and transition to support Team
- Experience working closely with end users to ensure a common understanding of day-to-day operational processes
- Experience assisting with SAP End‐User training to all relevant stakeholders
- Experience preparing functional specs for all system changes, working with developers where necessary
- Experience participating in the following core project areas: solution scoping, requirements analysis, gap analysis, feasibility, functional design, testing, production
