Our client requires a business architect to support the Lower Wait Times and System Improvement Initiative by collaborating with diverse clinical stakeholders and leaders to facilitate process and operational changes, reducing access block and wait times for the provincial health system across Manitoba. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams in business transformation initiatives, organizational change management activities, and working with clinical stakeholders to develop business process solutions in a healthcare setting.
Services will be performed in person and via remote access within Canada.
Winnipeg, Manitoba (Hybrid within Canada)
Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification. Proof certification shall be provided) (Pass/Fail)
- Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Business Analysis. Proof of the Degree, Diploma or Certification shall be provided) (Pass/Fail)
Requirements Include:
- Prince2 Foundation certification. (Proof of the certification is requested)
- Business Architecture certification (Proof of the certification is requested)
- 10 years’ experience in leading cross-functional teams in business transformation initiatives. Experience should include analysis, design and implementation.
- 5 years’ experience leading organizational change management (OCM) activities organizational readiness assessments.
- 5 years’ experience leading business transformation, overseeing adoption of best practices, coaching and mentoring practitioners, providing quality assurance on work products, managing resource assignments, and leading the team.
- 5 years’ experience working with clinical stakeholders to elicit and document requirements and develop them into specifications or business process solutions in a healthcare setting.
- 1 year of experience implementing a technology solution in a healthcare environment including requirements gathering and process flows.
- 1 year of experience analyzing and implementing business architecture and strategic roadmaps for acute care facilities. This experience should include coaching and supporting top-level management and executives.
