Our client requires a project manager to ensure streamlining processes and improving efficiencies in health systems across Manitoba, plus integration of patient-centred clinical and preventive health services for centralized administrative and business functions. Responsibilities include driving strategic and sustainable outcomes, enabling the work of partner service delivery organizations, and providing centralized project functions

Services will be performed remotely within Canada.

Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote within Canada)

Mandatory Requirements

Requirements Include:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration.  Proof of the degree shall be provided with the response. (Pass/Fail)
  • Degree in Engineering. Proof of the shall be provided with the response. (Pass/Fail)
  • Certification in change management. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response. (Pass/Fail)
  • 5 years’ experience utilizing a structured methodology such as Prosci to deliver organizational change management strategies and plans in to have managed large system-wide change in complex multi-jurisdictional environments where stakeholders have a high degree of autonomy to choose whether they participate in the change.
  • 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare environment including project scoping/design, managing a team, and problem solving, managing vaguely defined or evolving project deliverables and outcomes, assignment of resources and managing interdependencies and issues in delivering a combination of technology, business and process change. Healthcare is defined as Acute Care, Primary Care, or Long Term Care.
  • 8 years’ experience implementing large transformational projects including organizational and service redesign projects.
  • 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager working on process improvement, service improvement projects in a healthcare environment. Healthcare is defined as Acute Care, Primary Care, or Long Term Care.
  • 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager working on projects that deliver change in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment. Experience should include relationship building, understanding cultural safety, and leadership that is flexible and adaptable.
  • 1 year of experience in facilitating improvements to physician administrative burden.
