Our client requires a Senior Business Analyst, with experience working in the Healthcare sector on either electronic patient record system projects, healthcare portal solution projects, or public health surveillance and disease management projects. This Business Analyst with join projects meant to facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.

Services will be performed remotely within Canada.

Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote within Canada)

Mandatory Requirements

Mandatory Requirements Include

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Software Development (Pass/Fail)
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification (Pass/Fail)
  • Experience working in the Healthcare sector on either electronic patient record system projects, healthcare portal solution projects, or public health surveillance and disease management projects.

Requirements Include

  • Prince2 Practitioner certification.
  • 10 years’ experience in a business or systems analysis role documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps in a project environment.
  • 5 years’ experience as a Project manager, Team Manager or Lead Analyst role providing guidance to other team members and directing analysis work.
  • 3 years’ experience performing gap analysis activities on ICT systems to ensure that they meet provincial or state regulatory requirements. Experience should include evaluating systems and business processes for compliance and developing requirements to ensure compliance.
  • 3 years’ experience in a software quality assurance role including the development of test plans and including the execution of infrastructure testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • 1 year of experience developing requirements for the standardization of clinical documentation in an electronic patient record system on a provincial, regional, or state-wide level.
  • 2 years’ experience implementing healthcare portal solutions designed to support primary care clinics and client enrolment. Experience should include integration with primary care software.
  • 1 year of experience performing analysis on large-scale systems designed for public health surveillance and disease management.
