Information collected is for the purpose of establishing and maintaining a contractual agreement and working relationship between Intellex and you and/or your company. The information is required in order for Intellex to meet its obligations such as, but not limited to, legislative, legal, taxation, accounting, client, and insurance. Intellex will comply with all applicable privacy legislation and regulations in force now and in the future related to protecting the confidentiality of the collected information. Intellex may use the collected information for a purpose other than originally intended where the new purpose is required by law or Intellex has obtained written consent. Subject to legal and contractual obligations, you may withdraw your consent on reasonable notice. All information collected may be accessed internally by Intellex employees engaged on your behalf. In the course of normal and reasonable business practices, it is Intellex’s policy to grant designated company representative access not exceeding that necessary to accomplish the specific business function nor the purpose for which the information was originally collected.
