Our client requires an experienced Data Integration Analyst with good knowledge/understanding of the data fabric concept and how it can be leveraged to satisfy needs for dashboards, reporting, and intelligence, as well as expertise in data platforms and integration tools. This resource will help build out a data fabric across the client organization and partners. The role will involve working primarily in Microsoft Fabric to connect systems such as Dynamics 365, Agiloft, JDE, and SmartSimple. The ideal candidate will have experience with some of these platforms and will be responsible for ETL and integrating data between core systems, while working closely with the Manager, Data Platforms and key stakeholders.
Work is remote with possibility of hybrid.

Mandatory Requirements
Requirements Include:
- Applicable understanding of the data fabric concept and how it can be leveraged to satisfy needs for dashboards, reporting, and intelligence
- Experience with data hosting platforms and tools for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Proficient in database systems
- Technical expertise in data platforms and integration tools: Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Dataverse, Databricks
- Fluent in programming languages: Python, SQL
- Thorough experience with cloud platforms for data processing, management, and reporting
- Experience designing and managing data infrastructure for structured and unstructured data
- Extensive experience in solving data challenges and business problems through technology and change management
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve conflicts, and sharing information
- Experience with using data visualization tools (ex. PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) to convey information and insights to non-technical staff
- Experience leading data science and analytics initiatives and workshops
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translating them into effective data solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a public sector organization
- Experience with agile and waterfall project delivery
