Our client requires a Project Manager who is experienced with large-scale application development and implementation projects to supplement the client’s ERP team for successful delivery. This PM will support the technology functional area by coordinating within test and data management services to achieve business objectives and data integrity.
Work is hybrid. Resource will need to onsite at the client office for 2 days per month, every month. Client would prefer local resources. Resource is responsible to pay for travel to on-site.

Mandatory Requirements
- Must meet or exceed one of the following:
- University degree in business, management or related discipline & 5-yr Project Manager (PM) experience; OR
- 2-yr diploma in business, management or related discipline & 7-yr PM experience; OR
- 1-yr certificate in business, management or related discipline & 8-yr PM experience
- 5 years’ demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager on a large complex software application development project within a large and complex IT environment.
- 5 years’ experience defining/managing project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- 5 years’ experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs and project closures.
- 5 years’ demonstrated experience managing IT application development projects with large teams (at least 5 team members).
- 5 years’ experience leading frequent (daily) face-to-face/remote meetings with clients and technical teams as required.
Desirable Requirements
- Currently active PMP or PRINCE2 or equivalent certification as issued by the Project Management Institute or equivalent.
- 3 years’ experience creating and managing project GANTT charts in Microsoft Project.
- 3 years’ experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- 3 years’ experience leading change management and communication planning.
- 3 years’ experience developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive level.
- 3 years’ experience using MS Project tools in a project server environment.
- 3 years’ experience working with staff, contractors and vendor teams.
- 3 years’ working knowledge of Agile software development methodology and scrum process.
- 3 years’ experience working closely with Process Owners and other key stakeholders to communicate progress
- 3 years’ with a deep understanding of project implementation methodology
- 3 years’ experience managing resources throughout the project delivery lifecycle
- 3 years’ experience working on a large/complex projects working with multiple Project Managers.
