Our client requires an expert to help coordinate business and IT stakeholders within the Cybersecurity and IT Resiliency (CSITR) Program to define the clients Cutover Strategy. This strategy will ensure CSITR Program success with minimum business impact during the different Go-Live’s and systems cutovers planned by the CSITR Program.
This resource will coordinate their Cutover Assessment by engaging with the right stakeholders to identify scope, impacted services, program objectives and communication plan. This resource will create a Cutover Plans that identifies project teams, milestones, deployment strategies, dependencies, business impacts, sequencing, risk & contingency, rollback and transition. This resource will lead other teams to execute the developed plans through careful preparation, definition of go/no-go criteria, performing quality checks through the cutover and post go-live reporting.
This position is designated as a ‘hybrid position’ which requires the resources to work at the office (with occasional work taking place at other Client facilities) at least 20% of the week. An expectation to work at the New Westminster location and travel to other client locations in the Greater Vancouver Area as requested at consultant’s expense. Resource shall be available during the Clients standard business office hours between 7:30AM–5PM Pacific Standard Time.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of combined experience; project management & Cutover Planning including SaaS deployments.
- Experience with cybersecurity and IT resiliency releases
- Collaboration, sharing information and actively developing an internal and external network to leverage and evolve best practices and supporting success of team members.
- Focus on customers: creating positive experiences through active listening, seeking feedback for action continuous improvements, and follow through.
- Communicating with all levels of management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Mature problem‐solving skills, along with a demonstrated ability to organize complex business topics into common language.
- Experience working with external software vendors.
