Our client requires a project manager to lead and coordinate customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), service design, customer insights, and Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives supporting digital transformation and connected, digital-first healthcare services. Responsibilities include overseeing complex cross-functional projects, operating plans, implementation roadmaps, governance, stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, procurement, vendor management, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to drive adoption, usability, benefits realization, and continuous improvement.
Work is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities
Deliverables Include:
- Prepare and maintain recurring reporting, dashboards, briefing notes, presentations, and status updates for team, Director, Executive, governance, and public sector audiences.
- Develop and maintain operating plans, implementation roadmaps, workback schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
- Facilitate procurement activities, vendor onboarding, contract administration, deliverable tracking, invoice review, and vendor performance management.
- Coordinate governance and leadership forums, including agendas, action logs, decision tracking, issue escalation, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain project plans, budgets, RAID logs, dependency trackers, implementation schedules, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support portfolio planning, prioritization, KPI tracking, performance reporting, benefits realization, and continuous improvement activities.
Mandatory Requirements
- 7-10 years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives in large organizations.
- Advanced project and program management expertise, including planning, scheduling, governance, risk and issue management, dependency management, resource coordination, and delivery oversight.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across executive leadership, operational teams, external partners, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills, including the development of executive briefings, presentations, status reports, dashboards, governance materials, operating plans, roadmaps, and strategic planning documents.
- Public Sector experience is preferred
Desirable Requirements
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other recognized project management certification
- Experience leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives within healthcare, digital health or similarly complex environments.
- Experience developing and managing operating plans, implementation roadmaps, governance processes, executive reporting, and performance reporting.
- Experience supporting executive leadership, steering committees, governance bodies, and Ministry-facing reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, clinicians, and external partners.
- Procurement, vendor, and contract management experience.
- Change management and organizational readiness experience.
- Experience with performance measurement, dashboards, metrics, and data-driven reporting.
- Experience leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools to support project planning, reporting, meeting management, documentation, analysis, and executive communications.
