Our client requires a Business Analyst experienced in transitioning cybersecurity services to Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). This role is to support the planning and execution of the services and ensuring a seamless migration of operational security capabilities to the contracted MSSP. The ideal candidate has a background in cybersecurity programs, with a strong understanding of managed security delivery models and security operations, the role will help bridge the Cybersecurity team operation objectives and security capabilities, enabling a controlled and effective transition of services.
Work is onsite. Hybrid may be considered once the project is underway and progressing as expected (3 days at client location and 2 days remote).

Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience in complex IT initiatives.
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) are advantageous.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to articulate requirements and translate to technical requirements.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) will be a plus.
- Experience with cybersecurity compliance requirements and Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, etc.) will be a plus.
