Our client requires a designer to lead end to end user centered design activities, delivering research driven solutions that align with business objectives and enhance digital product experiences. Responsibilities include conducting user research, mapping user journeys, creating wireframes and prototypes, and running usability tests to drive intuitive and accessible interface design. This includes collaborating with cross functional teams and facilitate design thinking workshops to support innovative problem solving throughout the product development lifecycle.
Services would be carried out as a combination of remote and/or on-site. Resources can be located anywhere in Canada but are required to maintain work hours during the Saskatchewan time zone (CST).

Mandatory Requirements
- Previously worked on the research and design of the custom-built solutions similar to SGI Auto Fund DRIVE Platform or similar platforms i.e. System’s meant to manage automotive insurance business operations, specifically focusing on vehicle registrations and driver licensing.
- Certification in human-centered design, interaction design, visual design, or related field
- 3+ years of related experience with user interface design, product delivery, and design workshop facilitation
- Competency with the following technologies and skills:
- Prototyping
- Scrum
- Design thinking
- User research
- Figma
- Azure DevOps
- Microsoft Office
