Our client requires a Solution Architect to support public-facing digital solution design and delivery. Environments include Salesforce platforms such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, as well as industry popular web platforms frameworks. Integration design with other systems through middleware/API is considered in scope as well.
Work is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Mandatory Requirements
- At least 10 years of solution architecture experience in a leadership capacity, gained in a complex technological environment, paired with post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Math (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Demonstrated hands-on knowledge in solution architecture design and system integration, including but not limited to specification, configuration, and implementation.
- Knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform (experience cloud, service cloud, Agentforce etc.) and related solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in industry popular web platforms and frameworks.
- Knowledge and experience in integration design through middleware/API.
- Strong customer service orientation and a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and manage client deliverables and expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; Both technical and non-technical.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration specifications, knowledge articles, and deployment procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
