BA Analyst

Our client requires a senior Business Analyst with proven experience with hospital EPR and EHCR systems to progress the healthcare delivery transformation for the enablement of provincial healthcare workers.

Services will be performed remote within Canada.

Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote within Canada)

Mandatory Requirements

Mandatory Requirements Include:

Valid IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP certification. (Proof of certification required)
Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification (Proof of certification required)

Requirements Include:

Valid Certified Scrum Master CSM.
10 years’ experience performing business analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. Experience should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.
3 years’ experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting.
3 years’ experience implementing a project across multiple hospitals including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders.
3 years’ experience directly configuring hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) applications.
3 years’ experience directly related to EHCR (Electronic Home Care Record) implementation
