Our client requires a Business Analyst to support the clients Clinical Data Foundation (CDF) Program. Deliverables include handling change requests for electronic health record (EHR) planning, using change management workflow; Creating clear content for artifacts, preparing project charters/plans, eliciting information from subject matter experts, and leading meetings; Organizing, leading/controlling meetings and keeping discussions on track and accomplish goals; Creating detailed work streams, managing project scope, timeline, and costs to achieve project objectives in accordance with business needs/expectations; and Documenting requirements in business requirements document (BRD).
Work is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Mandatory Requirements
- Public Sector experience is a must have
- Minimum 8 years’ business analysis experience working in electronic health-related projects
- Experience working in the public sector, preferably in a health care setting.
- Experience with and knowledge of Project Management concepts (e.g. project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, planning and quality management)
- Experience conducting business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Requirements
- Ability to translate business and data requirements into specifications sufficient for designing appropriate technology solutions
- Experience in structured, object oriented and agile methodologies for user requirements
- Experience developing performance measures for business analysis evaluation and subsequent follow-up
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) and experience working closely with QA teams (testing approach, strategy, planning)
- Familiarity with application security and privacy standards and considerations
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices
- Experience with a wide range of methods, tools and techniques for business analysis such as: business functional modelling, business event modelling, business process mapping
- Experience in structured, object oriented and agile methodologies for user requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
