Our client requires a Microsoft Teams Town Hall & Virtual Event Producer to provide technical planning, production, and live support for professional virtual corporate events, primarily using Microsoft Teams Town Hall and related online event technologies. This is a fully remote, virtual role focused on creating polished and reliable online experiences for corporate Town Halls, leadership broadcasts, employee events, presentations, and virtual speaking engagements. The role serves as the behind-the-scenes technical producer during virtual events, coordinating presenters, managing audio and video, controlling the online attendee experience, troubleshooting issues in real time, and allowing leaders and presenters to focus on their message rather than the technology.
This is a casual, as-needed contractor role, with hours primarily aligned to scheduled events, preparation, rehearsals, and related follow-up activities.
Work is fully remote.
Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- Experience producing or supporting corporate virtual events, Town Halls, webinars, virtual speaking engagements, or similar online experiences.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, StreamYard, Zoom, Webex, or comparable virtual event and streaming platforms.
- Demonstrated understanding of virtual audio and video production.
- Experience supporting live events where technical issues must be diagnosed and resolved quickly.
- Strong general technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new virtual event technologies.
- Experience working directly with executives, senior leaders, or professional speakers is an asset.
- Microsoft Teams Town Hall experience is an asset but is not required, provided the individual demonstrates the ability and willingness to quickly develop proficiency with the platform.

- Experience with online video production, streaming, switching, audio management, or broadcast technologies is an asset.
- Experience with virtual production technologies such as OBS Studio, vMix, StreamYard, NDI, or similar streaming and production technologies would be considered an asset.
