Our client requires a Business Analyst who has expertise in Supply Chain processes, especially with SAP supply chain modules such as MM, SAP Ariba, and integrated Cloud ERP projects. This resource will be responsible for supporting the successful design, testing, and implementation of Supply Chain deliverables within the client’s ERP project. This role involves documenting and analyzing current and future-state business processes, creating and executing comprehensive system test scripts, and overseeing critical data migration and validation tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a proven ability to bridge business requirements with system functionality, and deep hands-on experience with S/4HANA Supply Chain modules. This individual will be a key contributor to the overall project success, ensuring systemic alignment, data integrity, and operational readiness.
Work is hybrid with 2 days minimum per week in Edmonton office + full weeks in office when SI (System Integrator) is in office and requires onsite work.

Mandatory Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with S/4HANA Supply Chain modules (such as Material Management), SAP Ariba, and complex integrated Cloud ERP projects.
- Experience with SAP Ariba.
- Experience with complex, integrated projects, particularly with Cloud ERP solutions. SAP Cloud experience is preferred.
- Experience in Business Analysis and/or Business Systems Analysis.
- Experience documenting business processes and procedures.
- Experience developing test scripts and performing system testing.
- Experience in planning/monitoring User Acceptance testing.
- Applicable degree or Professional Certification(s).
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
- Experience with Data Validation and Cutover activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Process Design & Business Alignment: Document, analyze, and map current- and future-state business processes to ensure the ERP solution meets business requirements.
- Experience with System Testing & Execution: Write, update, and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts, and lead UAT testing sessions.
- Experience with Data Migration & Integrity: Perform data reviews, reconciliation, validation, and define data validation and resolution plans for system cutover.
- Experience with Project Support & Operational Readiness: Collaborate across project work streams, maintain documentation, and review training materials to ensure operational readiness.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with Google Suite is an asset.
