Our client requires a Senior Business Analyst, with 10 years of analyst experience in a healthcare setting working with clinical stakeholders, as well as experience implementing cardiovascular health projects, working on Altera Sunrise EPR, and M365 mail migration in a healthcare setting. This resource will work collaboratively with project teams to facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.
Services will be performed onsite at client location in Winnipeg, MB.

Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis (Proof of diploma or certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (Proof of certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
Requirements Include:
- 10 years’ experience in an analyst role working directly with clinical stakeholders to implement changes to workflows or new systems in a healthcare setting. Experience should include documenting customer requirements, mapping business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.
- 1 year of experience implementing cardiovascular health projects in a large-scale acute care setting.
- 3 years’ experience leading and executing software testing including developing test plans, testing estimates, and test cases.
- 1 year of experience implementing or supporting Altera Sunrise EPR.
- 1 year of experience implementing M365 mail migration in a healthcare environment.
