Other Support Services
Contract to Hires: Intellex offers our clients the option to hire our consultant as a permanent employee. The fee for contract to hire depends on the length of time the consultant has been on contract with the client. The longer the consultant has been on the contract with the client, the lower the fee. Where the client’s HR policy does not allow for fee payment for permanent hires, Intellex offers innovative options to facilitate the hiring, creating a win-win situation for all parties involved.
Contract Flow-thru Services: Intellex is pleased to extend its Contract Flow-thru Program to any independent contractors who are not associated with Intellex to contract through Intellex. The independent contractors on the Contract Flow-thru Program are covered under Intellex’ general liability insurance and professional error & omission insurance.
IT Staff Payroll Services: Intellex is pleased to extend its Payroll Service to any independent contractors who are not associated with Intellex to contract with our client through Intellex. The sub-contractors on the Payroll Service will be covered under Intellex’ general liability insurance and professional error & omission insurance. This service is ideal for clients who have a candidate they would like to contract but also want to:
- mitigate the risk of employment and taxation liabilities of hiring a contractor directly,
- reduce contract administration / payment overhead,
- reduce insurance liability, and
- improve issue resolution.
