Our client requires a BI Analyst to understand specific business domain(s) and drive insights from data, ensuring needs are met. This BI Analyst will create analytics solutions from a large variety of structures and sources, and work with stakeholders and teams to ensure analysis is understandable and actionable across subject areas. This BI Analyst will also analyze and reveal insights to decision makers and help with sense-making and recommendations.
Work is hybrid. The client has various locations Available across Canada for the onsite work.

Mandatory Requirements
Required Experience:
- Experience and expert knowledge of data pertaining to customer analytics, project management reporting, strategic reporting, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, finance, business, economics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science and at least four years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- An understanding of statistics and mathematics or data configuration combined with strong business domain knowledge.
- Advanced working knowledge of data manipulation and management tools, as well as mastery of one or more visualization tools
Required Skills:
- Ability to identify, source, link, manipulate, and interpret data and information, and turn this into actionable reports and insights for decision-making.
- The work requires knowledge of IT systems and data, policies, and procedures.
- Research, analytical, problem-solving skills and creativity are required.
- Good levels of understanding of statistics and mathematics or data configuration combined with strong business domain knowledge.
- An advanced working knowledge of data manipulation and management tools are required, along with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools as the industry evolves.
- Has obtained mastery of one or more visualization tools.
- Analyses and develops insights regarding the organization’s processes and metrics.
- Communicates insights regarding the health of the loan portfolio to internal and/or external stakeholders.
