Our client requires a Business Analyst with good experience in SAP SuccessFactors and its related suite of products, such as Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding, Learning Management System, Performance and Goal Management; and Sodales. Joining an SAP implementation initiative for a large and complex organization, this resource will work collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement SAP SuccessFactors and related modules.
Minimum of one day a week onsite is required.
Edmonton, Alberta (Hybrid – 1 day/wk onsite)
Mandatory Requirements
- MUST have at least 4 years of Business Analyst experience,
- MUST have experience working on an SAP implementation project.
- MUST have experience in SAP SuccessFactors suite of products such as Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding, Learning Management System, Performance and Goal Management; and Sodales
- Proficiency with various Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft 365).
- Proficiency with various Google applications and work collaboration/management tools (Smartsheet).
- Applicants may be required to undergo a knowledge or skills assessment test.
- Required to complete an Enhanced Security Clearance.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience using Taleo, PeopleSoft, Org Plus, or other similar automated Human Resource Information Systems to deliver human resource services.
- Experience working in a policing/paramilitary organization, particularly in the area of enterprise level project planning is a significant asset.
- Professional Designation in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) from the IIBA or PMI.
- Training in IT strategy design from a post-secondary institution is an asset.
