Our client requires an OnBase Administrator to develop, configure, and maintain the client’s OnBase solution. OnBase Administration Services include, but are not limited to troubleshooting end-user issues with the Unity and Web Clients, Hyland’s Diagnostic Console and Cloud Portal software; developing/updating Unity Forms; executing configuration and administrative tasks using the Configuration and Thick Client software via Hyland’s Citrix Workspace; develop/update automated workflows OnBase Studio, ad-hoc and system tasks, notifications, scripts, and WorkView objects/applications; and suggesting options to mature, improve, and/or enhance the solution.

Mandatory Requirements
  • At least ONE of the following Certifications (Preference will be given to those individuals that have the broadest level of certification):
    • Hyland OnBase Administrator Expert (previously OCASA: OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator) certification
    • Hyland OnBase Professional certifications in Workflow and WorkView
    • Hyland OnBase Support Engineer certification
    • OnBase Consultant Professional (Previously OCI: OnBase Certified Installer) certification
  • Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience providing OnBase Administration, configuration, and engineering services for OnBase EP5 Global Cloud Services solutions.
