Our client requires a seasoned Project Manager to lead the implementation of a cloud-based Procurement Solution, which will involve architecture, data integration and analytics, technology and data governance, etc. The chosen PM will work with various Stakeholders, 3rd party system implementor, and vendors.
Work is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Mandatory Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience leading complex technical implementation programs, with demonstrated success in procurement systems, cloud migrations, or enterprise integration projects
- 5+ years’ experience managing multiple interdependent technical workstreams in high-visibility environments requiring rigorous coordination and stakeholder management
- Deep expertise in technology governance, system integration, and data migration with proven ability to navigate complex architectural dependencies
- 5+ years’ experience leading cross-functional technical teams across organizational boundaries while effectively communicating with executive leadership
- Public Sector experience is preferred
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with procurement systems, SaaS implementations, and integration with legacy systems.
- Professional certifications in project management (PMP), ITIL, or relevant technology frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of change management methodologies and organizational transformation.
- Understanding of public sector technology implementation requirements and governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience in business process reengineering and workflow optimization.
- Understanding of data governance, privacy requirements, and security standards.
- Experience with Agile project management approaches in enterprise implementations.
- Experience implementing IAM solutions and related security frameworks.
- Knowledge of API gateways, integration hubs, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
