Our client requires a support analyst to provide IT operation support to end users involving Microsoft 365 products, desktop, hardware, and software issues. Additional deliverables includes asset lifecycle.

For training purpose, the successful candidate will start onsite at client location in Lacombe, AB with possibility of remote.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Computer Systems related diploma
  • 3 years related IT experience
  • ITSM tool administration, including incidents, enhancements, investigations and testing
  • Microsoft 365 Administration including SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory
  • Active Directory
  • Asset Management
