Our client requires an OCM Lead to provide organizational change expertise, training expertise, communications expertise, leadership, and coordination as a core member of the implementation team. A key challenge with this implementation is the need for significant collaboration and organization between a wide range of business units and decision makers within the ministry.

Work is in a hybrid setting where the resource will need to travel to Victoria when requested (team gathers in Victoria for 2-3 days once a month).

Mandatory Requirements
  • 3 or more years of general experience in the areas of Organizational Change Management, Communications and Training.
  • Proven experience in providing Organizational Change Management (OCM) and communications expertise, independently managing OCM activities and operational support initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand, communicate, and manage the goals, benefits, risks, and impacts of proposed changes across various teams.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing OCM and communications plans to minimize resistance, maximize employee engagement, and facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Experience conducting and presenting change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and managing organization-wide risks, interdependencies, and outcomes.
  • Strong skills in developing comprehensive change management plans, including governance, scope, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-user training for large groups, including creating actionable training plans, communication strategies, coaching, and resistance management.
  • Experience providing coaching and support to senior leaders and managers in fulfilling their roles as change sponsors and helping teams through transitions.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering solution-specific training, mentoring, and team support to align with new operational workflows and processes.
  • Strong ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate people-related risks, while assessing organizational readiness and change impact.
  • Experience establishing consistent OCM and communication activities, with progress monitoring, reporting, and completion of organizational design processes.
