Our client requires on-demand support for the SAP SuccessFactors modules that the client utilizes. This would include incident management, enhancements and project work. Resources will be utilized and billed on an on-demand capacity (on call basis only and no guaranteed hours) to support the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, Goals and Performance, Learning Management, & People Analytics Reporting.
Work is remote or onsite. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Saskatchewan time. The resource is expected to work client business hours, Saskatchewan time. This is on call basis only and no guaranteed hours.

Mandatory Requirements
- Certification’s that relate to the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:
- Employee Central
- Onboarding 2.0
- Recruiting
- Goals and Performance
- Learning Management
- People Analytics Reporting
- Experience in at least one of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:
- Employee Central
- Onboarding 2.0
- Recruiting
- Goals and Performance
- Learning Management
- People Analytics Reporting
Desirable Requirements
- Certification in WorkForce Software
- Certifications in any additional SuccessFactors modules not listed in the mandatory experience section
- Experience with WorkForce Software
- Experience with SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Experience in any additional SuccessFactors modules not listed in the mandatory experience
