Our client requires an organizational change manager for large scale technology initiatives, to focus on driving user adoption and business readiness during the implementation of new digital tools and processes. The resource will support multiple technology deployments including content management, workflow platforms, Microsoft 365, and enterprise data migration by developing and executing change strategies that minimize resistance and maintain productivity. This role will emphasize stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and sustainment.
Work is onsite at client location in Regina, SK.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end to end Organizational Change Management strategies and integrated change plans, including sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, resistance management, risk mitigation, measurement, and sustainment.
- Conduct organizational change assessments, impact analyses, and business readiness evaluations; identify risks and readiness gaps and implement mitigation and transition plans.
- Lead stakeholder analysis, engagement activities, and communications planning; produce targeted messaging and coordinate delivery across internal teams and corporate communications functions.
- Design and oversee training and enablement strategies, including learning needs analysis, instructional design, delivery coordination, and adoption metrics reporting.
- Measure and report on change effectiveness, adoption metrics, and productivity impacts; provide regular status updates, dashboards, and risk reporting to project leadership and governance bodies.
- Coach leaders, project managers, and business stakeholders to manage people impacts, reinforce change adoption, and ensure rapid competency development during and after implementation.
Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- Prosci/ADKAR certification or similar
- 5+ yrs in OCM role for delivery of large scale, complex technology programs
- Experience in modern change management practices related to technology
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence without direct authority
General Requirements Include:
- Expertise in change management methodologies, change strategies and best practices.
- Ability to bring structure to complex problems/transitions.
- Comfort and effectiveness in working with senior leaders.
- Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation, and conflict management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
- Strong facilitation skills
- Ability to uncover underlying needs/issues.
- Ability to identify issues, risks, and opportunities within project.
- Analytical skills applied to both process and people.
- Ability to lead a team of Change professionals to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of change activities.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent and/or Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Professional in Human Resources, IABC Accredited Business Communicator
- Understanding of User Centered Design and Business Architecture principles
- High adoption rates of new technologies
