Our client requires two (2) organizational change managers to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative, transitioning legacy systems into an integrated regulatory platform. Responsibilities include planning and executing change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities to ensure successful system and process implementation. Change managers will partner with cross-functional teams to drive user readiness, monitor adoption metrics, and enable sustained business transformation outcomes.
Resources will work primarily remotely but must be available to be on-site when requested for meetings. Work from the office for an occasional meeting will need to be in Alberta. Standard Hours of work are 08:15 – 16:30 Alberta time. Work must be done from within Canada, due to network and data security issues. Resource is responsible to pay for travel to on-site meetings.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of internal and external OCM strategies across multiple solution releases.
- Draft, coordinate, and manage internal and external communications, including key messages and stakeholder facing materials.
- Monitor adoption metrics, stakeholder inquiries, resistance, and user feedback, and support appropriate follow up.
- Identify training, communication, and change readiness gaps and address them through targeted OCM interventions.
- Lead post release feedback collection and analysis to assess impacts, user experience, and adoption.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and response plans to support sustained adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure OCM activities align with project objectives, release schedules, and broader solution transformation goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and opportunities to enhance OCM approaches across releases
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- PROSCI or CCMP certification
- 5 years’ experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization. (eg. Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users)
- 5 years’ experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans.
- 5 years’ experience with written and verbal communications including specific experience in drafting business and technical documentation.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with articulating and translating technical language for non-technical customers both verbally and in writing.
- 3 years direct experience in change facilitation
- 3 years’ experience defining and measuring project change success metrics and progress.
- 3 years’ experience fostering effective working relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
- 3 years’ experience with both business and IT change and an ability to communicate changes using various communications methodologies.
- 3 years’ experience working on multiple tasks or initiatives with strict timelines, simultaneously.
