Our client requires a Business Analyst (with a mandatory degree, diploma, or certificate in Business Analysis) with at least 3 years of experience implementing or upgrading Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) in a clinical setting. This resource will work with teams to facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.
Services will be performed remotely within Canada.

Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in Business Analysis (Proof of Degree, Diploma or Certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
Requirements Include:
- Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Nursing or Medical Assistant or Medical Terminology (Proof of degree, diploma or certification to be provided)
- 5 years’ experience performing business analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities in a healthcare environment. Duties should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.
- 5 years’ experience performing business analysis in a healthcare environment. Activities should include consolidating stakeholder input with data analysis to present findings to leadership teams for the development of future state models and supporting go live activities.
- 3 years’ experience implementing or upgrading Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) in a clinical setting. Experience should include analyzing and developing clinical workflows.
- 3 years’ experience supporting information system training by delivering end user training and developing training materials.
- 3 years’ experience testing information systems including developing test plans and test scripts and executing system and user acceptance testing.
- 3 years’ experience coordinating with multidisciplinary clinical teams while providing direct patient care in a healthcare environment.
