Our client requires a Maximo Systems Analyst to the client’s Program Team, Work Management Solution Leads, other business analysts, divisional business area SMEs, technical team stakeholders, and the implementation vendor to translate documented business processes and other divisional requirements into solution specifications, designs and data loading and migration tools as well as assisting with quality assurance and testing as part of the implementation of the new Enterprise Work Management System. Experience with Maximo is mandatory, most notably serving the areas of asset management in the Municipality sector, including planning, preventative maintenance, capital project delivery, contract/vendor management, service requests and work orders using web, geospatial and mobile technology.
Work is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Mandatory Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or Information Systems or Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 10+ years’ experience with Maximo (v8 or v7), Technical/Functional Skills Strong Expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management / IBM Maximo Application Suite
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience evaluating, recommending, and documenting business workflow, procedures, roles & responsibilities and systems integration and conversion strategies. Considerable experience documenting “as-is” and designing “to-be” business processes, utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standard.
- Experience in QA and testing techniques, including planning, creating test data, and conducting functional testing, facilitating UAT and other types of testing in an enterprise environment; experience with HP ALM suite would be an asset.
- Experience with Maximo implementation is an important requirement, most notably serving the areas of asset management, including planning, preventative maintenance, capital project delivery, contract/vendor management, service requests and work orders using web, geospatial and mobile technology.
- Public Sector experience is preferred
