Our client requires a business analyst to deliver and enhance centralized portfolio management applications and process-improvement tools supporting resource capacity management, resource demand planning, project/product governance and gating, prioritization, and unplanned new work intake. Resource will lead requirements analysis, solution build and testing, enterprise rollout, training, and ongoing maintenance to mature digital portfolio management practices and improve operational outcomes.
Work is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Mandatory Requirements
- Experience working in Portfolio Management (resource management, prioritization, new work intake) and executive level reporting activities (ie executive dashboards)
- Technical experience building and rolling out solutions to a large number of staff (portfolio/company wide)
- Experience and expert knowledge of MS365 tools (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, SharePoint, excel)
- Communication and Change Management skills – experience working with different groups of employees regularly to ensure to capture portfolio level information, or engage on other portfolio level deliveries
- Health care experience is preferred
- Business analysis experience including interviews, mockups, business case development, cost-benefit analysis, business modeling, use case modeling, data modeling, business process improvements, business requirements documentation, traceability matrices, KPIs and dashboards (Power BI).
- Ensuring alignment with Project Management Methodology, Enterprise Architecture and Gating Process, and Standard Systems Development Methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
Desirable Requirements
- Ability to translate business and data requirements into specifications sufficient for designing appropriate technology solutions
- Experience with a wide range of methods, tools and techniques for business analysis such as: business functional modelling, business event modelling, business process mapping
- Experience in structured, object oriented and agile methodologies for user requirements
- Experience using Copilot and other AI tools to implement business process improvement and other efficiencies
- Experience developing performance measures for business analysis evaluation and subsequent follow-up
