Our client requires an Intermediate to Senior level Business Analyst to work with business and technology experts in leading analysis, process design, business analysis, requirement management, and support delivery of business technology implementation. The Business Analyst will apply their knowledge to support the design and development of innovative business and technology solutions to support modernization and transformation of client services.

Work is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Our client requires a Sr. Business Analyst in the support of ongoing development, system enhancements, and digital service delivery within the clients Digital Business Solution team. Responsibilities include leading business analysis activities including requirements elicitation and documentation, business process analysis and redesign, solution definition, integration and data migration coordination, testing and quality assurance planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Resource is not required to work onsite. However, initial onboarding and key stakeholder meetings may require in-person attendance. Following onboarding, work arrangements may be hybrid or fully remote, depending on client’s operational requirements and mutual agreement.
