Our client requires a Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with 8+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in AEM. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, developing, administering, and supporting enterprise-scale AEM solutions, with a proven ability to take ownership of complex deliveries across the full software development lifecycle.
Work is onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience designing and building scalable AEM solutions, including custom components and templates using reusable, enterprise-grade patterns and working on enterprise implementations
- 8+ years developing and configuring OSGi services with dependency injection
- 8+ years own full SDLC lifecycle: requirements, development, debugging/testing, documentation, and release
- Technical Depth in AEM & Backend Architecture
- Experience building servlets, workflows, event handlers
- Understanding of Apache Sling request lifecycle and architecture
- Platform fundamentals: Sling/JCR/CRX understanding, WCM/DAM concepts, and content modeling approach.
- SDLC Ownership: Ability to translate requirements, document, test, deploy, and communicate with UX/architects/stakeholders.
Desirable Requirements
- Public Sector experience
- Experience working in large scale, enterprise AEM implementations
- Exposure to performance tuning and security best practices in AEM
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
