Our client requires a full time and a part time Change Management Consultant to join the ‘DSS – Dual Language ID Change Management Strategy’ project and lead the development and implementation of the dual-language ID solution in the Data Systems and Services (DSS). A change management strategy is required to provide DSS project leaders with the guidance and tools necessary for the successful roll-out and implementation of the new dual-language ID solution within a variety of client services.
The plan will identify the needs of key service delivery partners, engagement and communication tactics, supports and resources required for successful adoption, phased change actions, and metrics for success.
Work is remote.
Victoria, British Columbia (Remote)
Mandatory Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale organizational change. Preference for experience on projects which span multiple jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated experience in selecting and applying various change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter’s 8 Steps, the Change Management Foundation and Model, etc.).
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management and problem resolution during change initiatives.
- Education and/or certification in the field of change management.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different organizational hierarchies and functions.
Desirable Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with Indigenous people and on culturally sensitive initiatives preferred.
