Our client requires a Change Management Consultant to support the organizational change management efforts on the assigned project(s) through creation and delivery of organizational change management deliverables in alignment with the Prosci/ADKAR methodology and best practices. This role focuses on the creation of organizational change management work products and deliverables for distribution to the project team, project manager and/or business lead and relates to creation of work products for proofing by the project team, project manager and/or business lead and deployment through the sponsor assigned to the project(s).
Work is 100% onsite in Regina, SK.

Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:Â
- Resource must be Prosci/ADKAR certified
- Resource must be able to work and be located full-time on site at Clients’ Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of Change Management
- Experience leading Change Management on an IT projects.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement or Agile methodology and Project Management for IT projects.
- Maintaining project documentation related to all the change management activities.
- Facilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change.
- Experience delivering a Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan
- including a communication plan, sponsor reports, training plan and resistance
- management plans.
- Experience with conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Experience in knowledge sharing to ensure progressive realization of improvements withi the change management standards.
- North American job experience
- Excellent written, oral and listening communication skills with audiences varying from end users to C-Level management.
