Our client requires an Enterprise Architect to provide senior-level enterprise architecture and strategic leadership to support province-wide digital integration initiatives within the healthcare sector. Resource will focus on aligning enterprise architecture, digital strategy, and large-scale IT delivery to enable interoperable, scalable, and user centric health system solutions. Success in this role requires working closely with executive leadership, delivery teams, and partners to ensure technology solutions support organizational and system-wide health objectives.
Work is onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for on time, on budget, and on scope completion of assigned projects that are compliant with applicable external legislation and internal policies and processes including project governance framework and project management methodology and provide feedback from continuous improvement as requested.
- Responsible for managing scope, budget, schedule and quality of deliverables of assigned projects.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationship and effective communication with sponsor(s), internal and external partners, vendors and project team members.
- Organize and lead project team meetings.
- Ensure effective project change control, including managing IT requests for change, and deployments to various environments is in place.
- Proactively identity and manage risks and systematically resolve or escalate known issues.
- Adhere to and promote public health policies and processes, including privacy, security, and records management
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Health-related fields, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years or experience in product management and IT business analysis
- 7+ years’ experience in project management and/or vendor management
- Experience with health care integration projects
- Knowledge of user centric design and innovation
- Strong working knowledge of digital product development and support
- Strong working knowledge of software development lifecycles
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex IT projects under challenging circumstances
- 11+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives and complex IT solutions in a highly integrated setting
- Experience in managing projects in the health care sector
Desirable Requirements
- Public Sector experience is heavily preferred
