Permanent position opportunity! Our client requires a high-level Enterprise Architect Manager to provide leadership and strategy in aligning the business, data, application, and technology domains. This position will have the authority to influence the decision making of executive level to drive the future state of technology, but still take account of legacy ERP integrations. Hands-on contribution with architectural deliverables will be needed.

Work arrangement may be remote within Alberta with 1-2 on-site visits per month.

Mandatory Requirements
Requirements Include:
- 10+ years’ progressive experience including in legacy and cloud enterprise architecture and in IT executive level leadership.
- Proven experience in creating create multi-year hybrid cloud strategies, involving domains, such as Azure, Salesforce, SAP, and AI.
- Proven ability to lead, build, and develop Architect team through ambiguity and seamlessly liaise with business partners.
- Experience chairing senior and executive-level meetings to articulate, influence, and drive the future state of our technology.
- Have technical expertise to balance “future-state vision” with current-state reality, such as legacy ERP integrations, and technical inhibitions due to current business processes
- Proven ability to navigate and negotiate through change resistance, and champion buy-in and adoption from key stakeholders and workforce.
- Translate architectural choices into business/financial value. Eg. Capital planning, TCO reduction and ROI
- Experience with security, risk, governance frameworks, and modern IT practices, including cybersecurity (e.g., Zero Trust), enterprise security architecture, and Agile/DevOps delivery models.
Desirable Requirements
- Architect Certification e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, Salesforce, SAP, Cloud (Azure, AWS), etc.
