Infrastructure Analyst

Our client requires multiple Infrastructure Analysts to support the infrastructure hardware and software for the business application environment. Infrastructure support includes servers, storage, network and firewall. The requested work may include the installation, upgrade, support, monitoring, and optimization of infrastructure.

Work is onsite or remote (preference for resources available to be onsite).

 

Winnipeg, Manitoba (Remote or Onsite)

Mandatory Requirements
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience installing and supporting hardware and software infrastructure in a corporate data centre environment
  • Extensive experience with administering enterprise infrastructure equipment including:
    • firewalls
    • proxy servers
    • network switches
    • wireless solutions
    • Windows servers
    • Microsoft Exchange (on prem and Exchange Online).
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools, knowledge of ServiceNow, is a plus
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced team environment
  • Experience interacting with end users in a high profile environment
  • Business and political acumen to operate in a high profile environment
