Our client requires an Intermediate level Business Analyst, preferably with public sector experience, to join and support IT projects for the client related to ServiceNow (modules including GRC, IRM, CMDB, APM, TPM). The resource will perform a multitude of BA duties including requirements analysis and documentation, process modelling, data analysis, systems analysis, testing and quality assurance, and compliance awareness.
Work is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite at client location in Toronto, ON.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Public Sector experience is preferred
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories for process maps, ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), CMDB, Application Portfolio Management (APM), or Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) modules.
- Strong understanding of attestation, certification, scorecards, compliance, audit, risk management, and governance processes.
- Experience supporting UAT, data validation, and requirements traceability.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Performance Analytics, reporting, dashboards, and platform capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience defining KPIs, scorecards, compliance metrics, and executive reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in creating user stories, process maps, business requirements documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.
