Our client requires a OCM to support the organizational change management efforts on their assigned project(s) through creation and delivery of organizational change management deliverables in alignment with the Prosci/ADKAR methodology and best practices. This role focuses on the creation of organizational change management work products and deliverables for distribution to the project team, project manager and/or business lead and relates to creation of work products for proofing by the project team, project manager and/or business lead and deployment through the sponsor assigned to the project(s). The Organizational Change Manager will functionally report to the Project Manager for the project.
Work is 100% onsite in Regina, SK.

Mandatory Requirements
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- Must be Prosci/ADKAR certified
- Experience in creation and delivery of organizational change management deliverables in alignment with Prosci/ADKAR methodology and best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to prepare and deliver updates, training, and workshops.
- Resource must be able to work and be located full-time on site at Client Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
- Gas industry / utility knowledge.
- Natural Gas Transmission & Storage company knowledge or experience.
- Knowledge of Change Management Frameworks.
- Experience leading Change Management on IT projects. Knowledge of IT systems and digital transformation projects to understand technical impacts on users.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to align change initiatives with project timelines.
- Maintaining project documentation related to all the change management activities.
- Facilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change.
- Experience delivering a Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan including a communication plan, sponsor reports, training plan and resistance management plans.
- Experience with conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary
- Experience working independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Experience in knowledge sharing to ensure progressive realization of improvements within the change management standards.
