Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with functional knowledge to support the ServiceNow feature development, service requests, updates, and enhancements within an agile/sprint environment. The newly developed features will allow end users to better connect with IT. ServiceNow instances and modules includes SBX, DEV, PRD, and ITSM suite including Service Management such as Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Asset Management.
On Demand role, up to 36h per month. Work is hybrid or remote. The resource will be responsible for any travel or travel related expenses occurred while performing services.

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years as a ServiceNow Developer and experience supporting IT Service Management modules
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating ServiceNow with other systems
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors and Spokes
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and workflows
- Knowledge of Web Technologies such as HTML, CSS and XML
- Provide support to the project team when upgrading ServiceNow on annual basis
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver projects on time
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and supporting those integrations
- Minimum of six years of current, relevant experience working in a medium to large- sized IT department/organization collaborating with multiple teams of technical staff; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Desirable Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
- Government Experience
